Pursuant to the Act on the posting of employees as part of the provision of services of 10 June 2016, every employer posting an employee on the territory of Poland or from the territory of Poland is obliged to notify the National Labor Inspectorate of this fact. This applies to every employee, regardless of their nationality and regardless of whether a work permit is required or not. This also applies to Polish citizens. The relevant notification should be submitted at the latest on the first day of posting.
