An employer who assigns an employee to Poland after submitting the required legal notification is also obliged during the posting period to store in Poland in paper or electronic form the following documents:
- a copy of the employment contract of a posted worker or other equivalent document certifying the employment conditions;
- documents confirming the working time of a posted employee regarding the commencement and termination of work and the number of work hours on a given day;
- documents specifying the amount of remuneration of a posted employee along with the amount of deductions made in accordance with the applicable law and proof of payment to the employee of the remuneration.
The National Labor Inspectorate has the right to request their presentation during the secondment, and within 2 years after the end of secondment on the territory of the Republic of Poland.
